This is ANOTHER "bike not starting" thread..........
The bike's turning over but just not firing-up and I can only try a few times until the battery starts to die! It's on an Optimate when I'm not using the bike and that shows no probs.
I've replaced the solenoid with an Aprilia 150, fitted Iridium plugs (which are working fine) and gone round the bike checking and wd40-ing connector blocks. The fuel pump is priming when I turn on the ignition and fuel was spraying out when I checked the plugs.
I couldn't even fire it up when I hooked it up to my missus' car! There is another battery on it's way next week (a YTZ14SBS) but just need to know if there's owt else I could do in the meantime? I contacted the previous owner who says it's the original battery so it's been in there 6 years!!
