HI all,
I recently did a trip around the coast of Scotland, 1400 miles, for charity and during a particularly enthusiastic bit of riding I heard a bit of a pop followed by a very very loud rumble.
I initially thought I had maybe blown a cylinder somehow but found I had no loss of power so thought I might have blown a big hole in one of the header pipes, not as worrying, but still bad.
However, after stopping I found I had actually blown the whole of the inside of my exhaust out and was simply left with the outer shell making a huge racket.
Is this something that happens often ?
I will attempt to add some pics of it too.
Thanks, George.
