Hi guys , todays my birthday , so decided to treat myself to a new TUONO Ive been dreaming of that bike after riding my buddies Tuono at the Ilse of Wright TT races
I always find that I buy just the right present for me.
Any way best present Ive had for awhile.
So out with the lumpy Vstroom 1000. (nobody could get that engine right)
and out with the boring Harley . just to many little hassles and not enough riding . Mind you I did ride from Seattle to Fort lauderdale by my self, last year on the Harley . I set the GPS to avoid freeways and took the scenic route Cascades , Road to the Sun , Montana ,Yellowstone , Jackson Hole, Bad lands. Dodged thunder storms for 2 days around Wisconsin and Chicago .Love rural Kentucky and all the national parks ,you get the idea 4400 miles of sight seen in 9 days . Just me , a credit card and some clothes.
Of the whole tip ????? Loved the Blue ridge park way. That has to be pretty close to motor bike heaven .
Cant wait to do another sprint along tail of the Dragon !!!! but this time with a bike that handles . In fact I might do it (450 miles) twice it is so good.
Now the bad news , Im in Greece till November , so cant ride my bike till then ,
Anyway guys Ive been avidly reading all about this bike on this excellent forum , and enjoy all your coments ,sugestions and advice. Thanks .

Jaysus... Wish I was a rich mother-f***er like you. Traipsing around the globe on rentals. I don't have that kinda money, so I have to settle for riding my T to whatever destination I want to see. That being said, I may reward myself with a Factory T down the road and keep Andiamo for the track... Try one down and two up on the sprockets to make real world riding more fun. She's geared for the track right now making stop and go traffic a headache.
Oh, and Happy F***ing Birthday!

Happy birthday you lucky bugger!

I am hoping you mean the Isle of Man TT's!

Enjoy the new toy when you get to it.

The roads down that area of the states are crap if you ask me boring as hell! Much better over here in Scotland thats where you should come for some proper fun on two wheels

:cheers
