you shouldnt have any probs fitting it. Pretty straight forward, after 45k my original plates were only slightly blued ,,,still I fitted a barnet clutch plate set and a stm slipper with no issues.Yeehaaww

45k and it was still going?? some one needs to get more hamfisted off the line
Personaly i dont bother soking new pads just dip them in the oil i've just drained. very easy job to do any way! hadest part is holding the basket and stoping it spining.
Thats another thing check the Tabs on the clutch basket for littel groves (from were the friction plates have dug in). If you have any then you need to replace the basket other wise the new plates will wear very quickly
