So what gains do these mods give in terms of power? im bored so could have a go

A couple of BHP, but it's best to do it when fitting a can and a custom chip or having a PCIII and dyno run done.

No did not trim,went on ok just problem with glue.Still not set today so just going to leave it for a while.
