Some old ****-for-brains half-blind ******* in a KIA has nearly killed my Tuono and he nearly killed me.
I'm not going into too much detail but it looks like a catD maybe C. Dented front wheel, forks bent tho not too bad, rear subframe bent, rear fairing. The frame looks ok, also back wheel, engine runs, tank untouched, renthal bars and top clamps survived and most of right hand side ok.
Have a look at a pic of my lower back, ****, I was so lucky not to have broke my back.
I'm sorry to say I'm jacking it in. I don't want to spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair or worse. It's hard enough to wipe my arse at the moment without someone having to do it for me permanently.

Anyway, I shall be flogging a few bits off soon so keep watch.

It's ******* carnage out there these days so be safe chaps.

Ps I have wiped my arse it's just the bad light lol

Bloody hell Falcotone Sorry to hear about your T but main thing is you're OK if battered and bruised!

Tek it easy bud, get some wet wipes LOL

*** thats one hairy arse !!

sorry to hear falco ..hope yer ok bud , u might feel different about jumpin back on a bike in a couple of years or so !

Thats just like my wifes *** hehe

Dynamo gets a slap!!!!! sorry honey

Thats bruising in the crack m8 you didn't have a butt lug in did you ?

Your in one piece m8 that's good to see, some come off a lot worse

Sorry to hear (and even more to see) that.

I can relate to the way you're feeling. When I was 19 I crashed my RD250 at 70mph, hit a kerb as I cartwheeled down the road, and broke three vertebrae in my back. On traction for 2 weeks, in hospital for a month, off work for 4 months, over a year to get more or less back to normal. Was told I was incredibly close to being a wheelchair job for the rest of my life.

I was told by doctors never ever to go near a motorbike again. Naturally I ignored them and built the bike back up whilst on crutches.

I was young and stupid then though I've never since ever considered giving up bikes. Now, being 45, if a similar thing happened I may well feel differently, especially as I have a wife and kids.

You may feel differently about jacking it in a few weeks / months down the line, but whatever you decide good luck and heal quickly.

Fook me,that sounds and looks nasty. You're gonna be sore in the morning.
Get well soon chap, you may feel differant about hanging up yer boots and lid in a day or two's time.

thats a real ******* F-Tone min, buggerd bike n a buggerd arse. Never a good situ. Good to hear your only walking wounded, could hae been worse. Disnae mean u need tae stoap postin awa oan here.
Awe the best min

I know what you all mean but I over-rode her objections when I got twatted off 2 years ago and I was back on a blade 4 months later.
No, I've had too many close ones, tho tbf I've always made a profit from it and this time of year is a good time to buy one so maybe................NO NO NO I promised!!!!!!!!!

thanks for all the felicitations btw

How's about you take the winter off (pretty ***** time to ride anyway unless you need to, i.e. commuting) and see how you (and your missus) feel about it in the Spring?

Never say never, mate. I've never been in that state of mind regardless of how ****** up I've been after an accident.

I get fixed up,

do enough OT and PT that I can to get back to a semblance of normal, then deal with the extra weight and decreased mobility. I'm not going to give up bikes, until they kill me.

Never say never... Hang in there falco... and make friends with ibuprofen and paracetamol. Just be taking it every four to six hours around the clock for the first 48 hours. Trust me.

You're right of course Mr Wolf

But we all have our limits and Ive already got a bit of metalwork from the last one.
See this new pic:

Bruise developing nicely eh? We reckon that my rucksack acted like a back protector as it was full of clothes.

****. Glad your OK.

If your forks are bent your frame headstock is most likely fooked as well, ally frames dont take much grief.

Like the others say, never say never, but it's your choice, good luck whichever way you go.

Hope you get better soon FT, I'm sure most of the guys here understand how you're feeling!

Now, to serious stuff. You waxing your back big man? Come on, you can't have such a hairy *** and hair free back??

Your bike is dead, but you may well get back into biking come spring when the sun is shining, birds singing and bikers blasting past you......have you seen the stunning Factory for sale on here ;) WHAT....I am not taking advantage of an injured man!!!

Get well soon falcotone. If you do give up riding on the road, you might stick to trackdays only. Just a thought.

Yes that's terrible.

The cut off between silky smooth back and that horrid scrub-land of an arse looks like a high tide mark on a storm beach.

Touch wood ... I've been lucky. The only serious thing that has happened to me in 30 years of riding was when, in pouring rain and half way round a swoopy left hand bend ... all 4 cars infront of me got out of shape and crashed into each other. I was the last one in to the melee on something called a GPZ750 and I went straight through the back window of a Montego estate. I had a sore neck and a very small cut on my leg and that was it. The bike was totaled and so was the car I hit.
That's all I have to say about that.

I wrote my car off on November the 13th 2 years ago. Rolled it at 70mph on a country road. No seat belt on and came out of it with the tiniest scratch on my hand. Have to say didn't put me off driving cars. Going back to the thread though there 2 points I have to make

1. It really has to be a back wax otherwise I reckon Falco must have been dipped in a vat of glue up to waist height and thrown into a barbers shop

2. Bikes are cheaper in the winter and theres a lovely Factory for sale on here which I reckon if you played your cards right you might gt a discount on using the sympathy thing ;)

Come on Bonners hows that for salesmanship

Sorry falco... it's in your blood. You may feel like quitting now with your fundament and ego bruised... but methinks that the first spring day you see a couple of bikes toodling by, the itch may become untenable with out getting it scratched.

Come on Brother FalcoTone, it is time to return to the family. Dial 1-800-Biker-for-Life and by donating a measly £6,200 to the Bonners Foundation you will be received with open arms at the Tuono Brotherhood.

Great job Bay, loved the suttleness in which you worked my bike in there....I can clearly learn from you.:)

No it's a shave job, don't ask why lol. I did have a couple of backwaxes a few years ago but even with painkillers, a few whiskies and abit of herbal it stung mightily.
