Hi all as much as looove working out what the fook ur tryin:dunno to say at times and the advice and expertise... are there many other active Aussies about with some tales and advice from the sunburnt land???
To all of you ******* nutters from the UK & Europe I salute ur dedication and love of riding, I have been there and driven the length and breadth Bournemouth to Inverness and as far west as Porthmadog and across other parts of EEU, the ******* weather and conditions you ride in mean 1 or both of 2 thing...BIG BALLS & or a SCREW LOOSE(I do realise how lucky I am down here in convict land)! I was lucky enough to have a mate with brand new a 03 Mille(my first love of the aprilia) who took me out for some sensational rides(apparently for a rider I made a good pillion) and to the Lord Derby:cheers in Hampshire a number of times in the summer..Something I will always treasure (we get nothing like that here! not complaining just noting we don't get the camaraderie)
If any of you get the chance to head out here make sure you let us know, a spare bike can always be found!!!!!:flip

In the UK there does seem to be great camaraderie between bikers (apart from scooter riders and choppers). :devious
Nothing worse though, than giving a little nod or raised hand to get nothing back! :laugh

I made the decision last year to pack in riding over the winter. Too old and too soft now. Some folks dont have a choice, and they are the hardcore ones. :dowhat

Dave we all love you so don't worry about numptys that dont wave. I wait and see if they wave to me 1st. Mind you there are some cocks out on bikes at the moment and god knows where they learnt to ride. I'm sure if they nodded or waved they'd crash the fecking things

I always nod and wave 90% of the time they nod and wave back, but gurentee the ones that don't are learners, chopper/harley riders or ***** racing around on their GSXR's, myself the wife and children will be emigrating to OZ in 3yrs time and can't wait to be biking in the heat.
