Aprilia Titanium exhaust?

I've got my titanium exhaust and it is marked not for road use? Are all of these the same as I thought that you could upgrade to this exhaust when you bought the bike, I'm not bothered but was just curious to this

I think there's different models if i'm not mistaken (earlier/later) distinguished by the bore size of the tail pipe(outlet)
I've got the larger bore pipe and it doesn't say not for road use although i'm aware that it isn't legal and so are my neighbours

Mine says not for use at the back beside the Akra Sticker. I very gently ground it away then polished it up using WD40 & a Scotch Brite Pad. You cant even see the mark where it used to be written now.
Im planning on buying 1 of the Baffles off Ebay for it for MOT time & also for commuting purposes, as its so bloody loud in the mornings.

I've not got an akra sticker? Its only markings are the aprilia racing on the side and the titanium evo at the link pipe end?
