Speak tae Tash at Xtreme Products tae confirm, the one he currently flogs is for the gen 2 eg will fit your 2007. Ive had one on mine ( 07) for a few years noo. Pretty easy tae fit. Theres a couple of wee fiddles tae get everything nice and tidied but nothing major. Ye jist remove the whole air box and attach the carbon mounting plate direct to the top of the throttle body manifolds using the existing O-rings (do check the fit is good here as ye dinnae want air bypassin the filter)
That along wi the MIvv GP cans lets the whole thing breath way easier. Ah feel the engine spins up so much easier and qucickly noo wi nae restrictions.
Also if ye dae fit one mind its an get a can o proper airflter oil as thats what catches the really fine dust stuff. Castrol does a decent one.
The issue wi oil pissin oot mentioned above is jist oily mist frae the crankcase breather. This is normally vented back intae the air box, recycled thru and burned wi the fuel. as these kits hae a seperate breather filter on it doesnt get to do that ( the theory is as the engines running any oil vapour is drawn to the filter and sooked back thru)
Ahv only ever had this problem o oil drippin on long fast runs and it aye is worse looking than it is.
Theres a thread on here somewhere that ah did a whiley back for installin one. (mibbe it got lost in one o the multple TZ crashes back in the day)
