i used to live in croydon and remember there being a place that sold aprilia on addiscombe road? Near lansdowne road? I used to take my fazer to a bike shop over the road and i remember looking longingly at the lovely milles! Anybody know if it's still there or more to the point if it's any good? Thinking of changing from southern cross. Can't stand the horrid trip around the north circular any more and i could pop into mum's for a cuppa at the same time.
 
The Aprilia dealer in Croydon is IN MOTO !!

I only know that as the RSV Factory that's in the car park here at work every day has got their name on the number plate :biggrin

The service is by far the best I have had they are really top guy's. I went there to pick up some parts, ended up them loaning me a full set of bike gear and the new turono.
 
ta chaps. Might give them a try seeing as no.one has come forward to say they're rubbish. Feel free to pm if you do have anything negative but don't want to post it for all to see. I'm sure the bloke in their was italian or looked italian, dunno if that's a good thing lol
 
the old bloke is Roberto and Christian is his son, they are always very helpful.
I honstly can't fault them are really good guy's
 
good man. Can't believe i didn't think of these guys before. Takes as long to get from essex to kilburn as it does to get to croydon! For the time it takes i could probably get to griff's! Sick of that traffic!
 
Pieman - I totally understand what your saying about the A406. I love the guys down at southern Cross, but the journey down there from Essex is possibly one of the worst I have to make each year.

I was going to try these guys out at Chelmsford next spring

i use Southern Cross because im in N1 & havnt had any problems... very helpful & a good laugh... but last sat in went to INMOTO to pick up some bits... the shop looks really nice... the 'older' lady was very friendly & Fillipa... the young girl... was very pretty... ermmm... i mean very helpful !! :inlove

seems a nice set up though !! :thumbup


but mileage wise il stick with the S.C. Crew !! :biggrin
 
okay. I'm there! I'll see how i get on. The biggest problem i find with the north circ is that the lanes are so narrow it's difficult to overtake. I'll have to time it with a visit to my mum and kill 2 birds with one stone
