im just stoked to ride my bike with other like minded souls thats it, ive always shouted from the highest roof that you should promote and recommend the good guys as they can be few and far between!

roll on the good weather so we can do just that, cos i sure as hell am missing it!

Sorry Daz lol. Been busy with work and stuff. Not been on internet sites at all much lately. Partly due to mega training at the gym and sorting bike and bicycles out in the garage.

The first weekend in September is a tricky one this year because the 1st Sept is on a Sunday, so does that count? I'll have a word with Griff and put it in big easy to read words soon.

As for the whole Griff=Jesus thing. I don't think he can turn wine into water but he can turn a dog into a stallion!!
