Might be a bit out of your way but Loomies http://www.loomies.co.uk/ is a great Sunday rideout with loads of like minded folk. Or Delia's cafe on Hayling Island is the usual haunt for Sunday breakfast for a few of us guys riding down from Hampshire. When its decent weather!
Yep, Delias is the one on the corner with a mini roundabout thingy in front where we park. http://www.deliasdiner.co.uk/ Great breakfasts and the guy who runs it is a stand up guy. Have to let you know next time we're down there.
Oh, and i once got a puncture there and bizarrely a mate got a puncture the very next time we went. Maybe they want to keep us there!
