only just seen this ohhh it brings back the days of my old trusty Kona Lavadome ohh what a bike,
Gaz do you get any incentive to riding to work apart from the obvious health and money saving from fuel?
but back to info on road bikes, i know just the man who will have loads of info, one of the chefs at my night job is well into his roads bikes and also his motorbikes, hes got 2 road bikes one which he says is his work horse and another which is his fine weather bike I had to laugh as it was a push bike but to be fair he knows his stuff ill see what he says tonight buddy

I have one of the new Chris Boardman Hybrid bikes for commuting. It has carbon forks, hydraulic disc brakes etc. Very impressed with it and not all out race bike, so comfy round town as well.
