Any decent motorcycle shops in or near cambridge

As you know im coming bacdk to the uk for a Week and want to know if there are any decent motorycle shops in or around Cambridge?

Isn't Taz Motorcycles somewhere round that area Tim?

If it is pop in and bag yourself a bargain.

Taz is in Peterborough, about 40 miles away.

I remember a mate who worked with me at Honda in 2000 buying a GSXR from them and he was overwhelmed by how helpful they was during and after the sale.

Just looked on the website and at £6.5K for a brand new RSV I am very tempted to trade my ageing 2001 RSV.

I thought they sold imported bikes,not uk spec bikes,thats why they are cheap.

Yeah I think that's how they started out.

Pretty sure that they are now franchised for a few makes although I would be aware of what I was buying before parting with my hard earned.

My mate bought his Lardobusa from them and drives from London to Peterborough to get it serviced by Taz. He's pretty pleased with them. In fact he's just chopped the Busa in for a brand new R6 with them (! - Yeah, I know, he's got the track bug bad).

There is UFO at Clifton Rd, Huntingdon. They are an Aprilia agent! Can't say what they're like as I've only popped in there for a chat. Nice and friendly - they're very new to the Aprilia scene.

Hi Matey,

You could try Maxmoto in Bury St Edmunds its an Aprilia dealer and the guy who runs it is a decent bloke. If you fancy a laugh you could always pop over to Black Bear at Newmarket and take the piss out of the HD':biggrin

If Paul English Motorcyles are still going in Huntingdon give 'em a wide berth.
