Thanks to V8-Powered and Wingspan for their responses to my first question about eproms. Here's another.
Which is the best eprom to get?
There are so bloody many to choose from. From the 1413 to the Edwards and countless others on offer. Also, is it necessary to get the fuel modifier as well? (bearing in mind that I have a pc III fitted). I have an '03 RSV and would appreciate any info from owners who have installed different chips and the improvements they noticed. Especially if you have dyno figures.

The RSV Titanium chip has a good reputation - My '98 bike made around 116 bhp at the rear wheel with the chip, air kit and a can. Southern Cross checked it out and noted that it was very healthy for an early bike, they commented that the RSV chip was a very good one.
If you already have a mapped PC3, you will only gain the benefit of a modified ignition curve from any of the chips.

I've got the 1413 chip in my '01 and it has a big effect on the way the bike runs. However, it takes a bit of tweeking and tuning to get everything to function correctly. I wouldn't run the Edwards chip unless you've got the larger throttle bodies to match.
