I loved my Mille but once it wouldn't reliably start it's days were numbered (sorry Griff ;) ). So it went last month and has been replaced with this:

I was about to buy one like yours. Very good looking bike. How does it compare to the mille?

Surprisingly similar really, delivers it's power much the same and demands the same kind of riding style. It's smaller and more compact and - sorry guys - I think it looks sexier. Like the RSV it needs gearing down as standard and is bliss on the open roads for fast ride outs. I'm very, very pleased so far as my buying brief was to find something as good as the Mille but without it's grumpy starting.

CYA then :T

Your new bikes nice mate :thumbup hope you have better luck with reliability than you did with your mille.

nice purchase

pc3 fitted, that must mean the fluffy injection is better with it

Nice looking bike bbm. I like your idea for your shopping list. One question - carbon undertray with led lights! What's that about then?

Nice.................Very Very Nice (Had an SP1 before the R1)

If you didnt already know THE man for Sp1/Sp2 (anything) is Roger Ditchfield @ Revolution Racing :)

That's not a shopping list, that's the mods that came on the bike when I bought it. The carbon undertray is to replace the OE undertray that came on the bike, it replaces the underside of the tail and the tail light. The new tail light is tiny LED number. I have been umming and ahhing about putting it back to standard.
