Ooch ya ****** thats a dear one Blackie min....

....noo thats what I call a good introduction! Welcome loon...

Welcome Blackwolf, as long as you are ok and the bike can be repaired is all that matters, bit of a mess though, what happened?

Ahl huv the mirror mount clamps aff ye tho...

.....one o mine broke the other day fur nae apparent reason while spiritedly toodlin along. Went tae change doon a gear an thir wiz nae clutch lever there cos the clamp had split an the whole thing had spun roond so the lever wiz pointin up in the air wi the mirror stottin off ma arm.....

.....nae a good scenario when yer rapidly approachin a set o lights ahl tell ye!

welcome mate

Gutted for yer on the crash. Which track was it at?

always wanted one of the SP1's BTW. I reckon I'm a bit too accustomed to the upright riding position now though

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I ended up In the JR for a few days. I now have a scar down my arm and a fused finger with a plate over the top of it. I was at Silverstone on the national circuit. I *Think* I ran off the edge of the tire round woodcote corner, came off about 100/110. most of the damages was down to my gloves that failed. :|

Rico ya cheeky sod, I still need them. the bikes being re buit..

Welcome mate. Hope bike gets fixed soon. That's why I don't do trackdays I like my bike too much

Thank fook, theirs not only me falls of T's. Shpetactular that mate nice one. Mates got an Sp1 Edwards Rep, really good bikes. He won't go on my T to much though cos he says he'd like it to much and force him to flog the Onda. He reckons the power of the Sp1 and agility and comfort of the T would be the perfect bike.
Howdy doody.

Welcome Blackwolf

I glanced at the photos and thought 'bloody hell, he's chucked those paddock stands in a bit close' then realised that actually it didn't really matter that much after all!

I reckon your plate should read BX58 FFS - B*lloxed 58 For F*cks Sake :bawling

Greetings dude. Bit of a buga binning the bike.
The SP is about as bad on fuel as the T. Mate of mine had 1, and ran out at 85 only

If hes only gettng 85, he needs to get an PCIII, this will also free a few ponys!

Christ that looks like a "breaking for spares" job!

No insurance I suppose as you were on the track?

Cheeky question, what's it costing you to repair?

Naa its not going to be broken. It looks bad inthe pics, but a lot of the damage is plastic. forks, frame, brembos ect is all good.

And cost for it to be rideable again? or back to perfect?

@ Grinfactor, With a PCIII hell be looking at 100-110 miles to a tank and on motorway trips he can see 130!

Back to how it was.

I wouldn't want any less if it were mine!

(by the way, sorry to focus on the bike - hope you repair OK as well mate!!)

Haha dont worry buddy! umm to get it perfect again...

3K i reckon?

1.5K for a tank alone!!

But ive got carbon bits lined up...

Black Ts are the fastest

Aaaaand WELCOME!!! my lupine brethren. I too, have a black Tuono. And strangely enuf, it resembles yours a tad after a badly executed exit from turn one at the track. Left sided bits are needed so I already have dibs... :biggrin
Mine was restored to rideable and now is going intae the shop for a charging issue. The tank looks a lot like yours. Fuggit. not cracked or leaking so riding it as such.

A **** load of fun though, aren't they??

Black ones are the fastest by far! I need right hand side bits... :lol

And its one fine bike, I only have one wish and thats for slightly more power...

That must be in the top five best first posts on the forum:thumbup

Hope ya back up and hooning soon dude, and try keepin it shiney side up:cheers

Theirs been loads of tanks on ebay same as mine recently for around £150. Their seems to be a fair bit for sale now and then lately. Germany's good for T stuff.
