Hi,
I am new here, but have a couple of questions already. I have just got my 2004 tuono and it has been crashed at about 45mph round a bend, it slid onto grass but has bent and damaged a few bits that I need to get my hands on, but firstly.. Can the instrument holder bracket be straightened? Or does anyone have one for sale? And also the top yoke, just, touched the tank slightly more so on the right but does so on the left too, where do I start to check? The forks seem straight etc, I am going to check wheel alignment tomorrow but be happy for any advice.
Cheers

Best advice I can give is do a bit of an into.

That's the first time someone has joined with two posts of questions without a bit of small talk first.

Wise words of advice OlafTuono. Thank you for taking the time to explain the etiquette.

My second bit of advice was to myself really.

Thanks for being so gracious.:doh

Hi, Have you tried checking the alignment of the whole bike. Stand it upright on a clean flat bit of concrete, use a plumb bob and mark several points each side of the bike. join the dots and you should have right angles and equal spacing where they cross.

It's like a first date. If you need any expunging of goods, you at least need to buy the metaphorical drink first.

and no, I don't know what I'm on about either.

There's loads of stuff to search on here - most things have been covered from fitment of other parts to wheel colour schemes. If using this search doesn't work, try Google it searches this forum in a different way and can find "hidden" posts.
