Rad one fixed behind the 2 little air scoop efforts screws and a bit of copper wire in the middle to stop it flappin about. The oil cooler ones are just held on with copper wire threaded through the fins. 20 mins of a job. :thumbup

I've been lookin for ages and the only ones I could find were 70+ quid. Had a mooch round another forum and saw this idea. They had black and silver in the B&Q at Leigh Chris.

B&Q do plain ally or gold mesh, for black mesh go to Ikea & buy office trays/bins etc.
I bought some black powder coated "grille mesh" for my tuoldo (stock is gold) and it cost about £80 to do the bike.

You could get a sheet and some copper wire then cut into stips of say 15mm and wire them to yer Avtar's heed. That would look so effin kool every fu?k would think you were real.
