It's a bit tricky getting your hand in to check your tyre pressure or even chuck some air in but on my mates bike,I have just seen valves that come out at a 90° angle!!! What a cracking idea.

Has anyone else got them fitted to their bikes?

My mate said Demon Tweeks sell them.

I've used an add on 90 degree elbow to the standard valve on a kawa I have.

You just screw it onto the existing valve,,,,,,,,,,,works a treat and saves you removing the tyre.

Can't remember where I got it,,,,,,,it was years ago.

They are standard fitment on Triumphs plus i have them on my Duke, when i put tyres on the T i will fit them they are great

yep. i fitted some when i had a tyre change , much much easier to use espesh the front ,un !!

My mates bike was a brand new triumph too....that explains it as he's a tight fooker at the best of times lol.

Do you leave your permanently fitted to your Kwak Aldo?

Got the valves fitted to my bike when i changed the tyres last year. Had them done at tweeks. Valves are called bridgeport and are well worth the money. Makes it easy to get garage air lines on now :thumbup

fitted them on the T when I got the wheels powder coated and they are standard on the guzzler

makes life a lot easier

Hmmm,...tried them,...they are a bit ****.Ok as a temporary thing for blowing up tyres with an air line,...just.:thumbdown
Got the Bridport type on my T.Had them fitted during a tyre change.I had the front tyre lose its pressure twice,...summat to do with centrifugal forces opening the schrader valve at speed.Had no loss of pressure since.
Ducati and Triumph fit them as standard,...Aprilia are tightwads.

I will buy a temporary set of extenders for now....just to get air in and when I have new tyres, I'll have some swanky ones fitted :)

Cheers everyone :)

RF I only put them on to check or inflate the tyres.

KB they are standard fitment on my T.

I actually thought the factory and the R were the same?

What extras do you get with the factory then over the R?

+1 on the Bridgeports.
About £16 a pair.
Buy some, and keep them handy for your next tyre change.
