500th post share your favourite moment on a motorcycle thread!

Like the title says. Share a favourite moment or moments on your bikes. One of my favourite moments was a couple of weeks ago when I took a set of cherry knee pucks (my first pair ever) and managed to get both of them suitably ravaged on both sides. When I was a kid and ripping it up on a '78 Z1-R, there wasn't any of this knee down silliness. So it was with a certain amount of pride that I was able to get the bike over and my ageing, widening *** far enough off the seat to be dabbing my pucks on both sides letting me know how far over I was and when to pick it up and get on the gas. Gawd I love playing on a track!!!

Thanks. I did say that I was going to be more involved in promoting the Thunder way of life. The gang here is the most eccentric group of reprobates that I have ever encountered. Makes it fun to bang around and there are plenty of helpful tips for bike and riding. It seems apropos that an eclectic bike should attract an eclectic bunch of owners.
