Flapper valve removed.
Flapper servo removed.
Stock O2 sensor removed.
Akrapovic carbon / titanium Exhaust fitted.
RSV4 RF headers fitted (Akrapovic evo 2)
Akrapovic carbon exhaust hanger
Fueling:
Air injection system disabled and removed
Gabro racing ECU re-flash. (customized RSV4 fuel map, ignition timing and traction control parameters. Reduced engine braking in T mode, softer initial throttle response in R&S modes).

Domino Quick action throttle.
Aprilia updated parts fitted:
Gearbox rebuilt with updated parts by Mike Skinner @13.5k. (Now replaced with 2016, 1100 v4 unit)

Inlet cams, followers and cam chain tensioners replaced by Mike Skinner @25k.

Upgraded power and earth leads from battery to starter.
Shorai lightweight lithium battery (2.2kg weight saving).
