2007 tuono factory wont rev Help?

6 weeks ago riding all fine then bike wouldnt rev past 3.5 have swapped a whole lot of things as i have a wreck
changed coils .ecu. changed plugs fuel seems goodreset the on board computer still no joy
took bike to dealer put it on computer says Crank sensor changed now wont idle Doing my head in any advise would be great

Are there any fault codes showing? Having said that the dealer should have checked.

check if the battery is charging, sounds like the stator to me.
if you take off the oil filler cap and the oil smells like burnt tar that's another indication of stator
