I have the same cans and i can only say one thing, take the silencers out and enjoy the thunder, its deafening at first but you get use to it. And when you start it up and those on there inline 4's simply will stare in envy as they cant hear themself think, let alone hear their bike.

Very Nice, exactly the same as my 07 (except for the cans, mine is away having a set of Austin Racing V3's fitted with bespoke link pipes, will post pics when it comes back next week). Get some stubby levers too, they really change the look of the front :thumbup

Hi Tom 87
Might be a daft question but where you have the two small Italian flags on the back end did you fill in the holes or should there be moulding that go there. The reason I ask is mine just has two square holes.

I was wondering exactly the same thing, I thought the holes were to help with airflow as there are also holes in the sides of the seat unit...

I can't quite tell what year Tom's Factory is, but they changed the seat unit and other things on the 07 bikes. Up till then the holes were not there.

Its an 09 plate, in the 1st pic Tom omitted to obscure the plate :) I must admit the vents in the seat unit were the 1st difference I noticed on my 07 plate Factory from my previous 04 plate factory - I think Ducati's have similar vents too

Hi Tom
mine is also 06 but has two square holes. Weird. Must say I like the look of yours better it looks
finished.

Tiz an 03/04 model as mine was, as can be seen here, after that they went with vents:thumbup

Keith, how ya getting on with my baby, hope you are keeping it clean now:thumbup

Hi Badger
Yes she's clean that's because I've only done 35 miles so far. I have been adjusting the rear sets to suit by left leg.
A friend at work has machined me a extra 25mm extension to the gear leaver looks good. I managed to buy two baffles for the exhaust. Its got its MOT next week.

Sorry forgot to add. Still doesn't explain my 06 has vents & Tom's 06 doesn't ?

Keith, his bike is not an 06 model, it must be 03/04/05, it may be registered in 06 but that tail unit is not from an 06 model bike.

35 miles, what ya been doin, polishing it:thumbup

You think they are loud, I cut my Arrow shotguns in half & they set off car alarms  bring on the thunder :roll Fitted the full size number plate again as I'm waiting to get pulled by the cops :devious
