2005 rsvr torque settings

does anybody please have the torque settings for my 2005 rsvr

i need

rear spindle ,front spindle and pinch bolts, and front calipers

Rear spindle is quoted at 120Nm, but have read threads saying that 100Nm is plenty due to bareings being overloaded?

Front Spindle 80Nm.

Pinch Bolts - Ohlins 12Nm / Showa - 22Nm, Although personaly i would just nip them up with a small rachet.

Calipers - 50Nm.
