Hi guys, changed battery as it wouldn't crank fast enough . Have a 230 cca yuasa one now. Found a blown 30 amp fuse ,just behind the battery , removed it and found that the dash would not light up but the bike would still crank (won't start). Checked and found the following. *Replaced the fuses and checked 15amp ones to be ok.
*Fuel is ther through the high pressure and low pressure lines
*No fuel being sprayed through the injectors (opened throttle body and found no spray during cranking)
*No spark through the plugs
* Fuel pump primes when ignition is turned on, and primes for 1-2 seconds after I stop (trying to start)
*Tilt sensor is ok
* Intermittent efi light with code 0.
* To mention, I disconnected the throttle cable n cleaned them, but didn't move them much.

Please help!!!

Hello
Could be a few things
Have you kinked or twisted the fuel hose when you lifted the tank? How long has the bike been standing or has this started since the battery fitted?
You have no fuel and no spark from what you are saying?

Yes, the fuel line is brand new one, wont start after the new battery was fitted. No fuel and spark yes!!

Sounds like the tilt switch. Possibly the sidestand switch or clutch switch? I'd bypass the latter two anyway

You stated no fuel emitting from the injectors so try injector cleaner or have them ultrasonically cleaned. You also stated no spark so check the negative grounds to the frame for corrosion. Could also be a bad starter relay that can be tested/bypassed using a screw driver over the contacts. Sounds like you've made sure the tip over switch is pointing up and you're hearing the fuel pump priming, so that eliminates those as possible issues-
