Nice one, their can be no complaints from seany about the garden either

Them shelves and stacks of wood in the garage aren`t squared off as if put there for a purpose. Apart from that .............. nice bike, good choice of colour and welcome matey

Irving nice bike but not sure about them exhausts. Are they branded or the Chinese ones off ebay

Thanks gents,
Yes Mr Bay they are the Danmoto pipes from China.Construction is actually quite good, nice welds etc,but they do sit at a slightly different angle to standard and are rather loud.
Only put them on yesterday so havn't ridden with them yet.At $230 AUS shipped it's worth a try.
Cheers,
Tim

Nice ride Irving and welcome aboard.:cheers

BTW, you won't be seeing these for a while so take a good look while you can...:eek

And im glad "Mr bucket/bouquet" liked the garden

Welcome mate. You are living my dream. Living in Aus and a Tuono tae ride... I was just oot tae the shed tae get some tools tae dee some work on SWMBOs car. Ma poor Prilly was waiting with reproachful words as tae not having been oot fer a rip recently...

*weeping*

******* snowing again....

Alright,
Sparky.. We've been outplayed all series by a better team.
Seany and Rico..... My shed's a disgrace I must get the wife onto it on the weekend.
Dynamo.... you must be a messy ******* like me.
Shvlheadwolf....You're on the doorstep to Jasper,Lake Louise and Sunshine and you've got Molsons? Whats to weep about.
So i've just been for a ride with the new pipes and they are painfully loud.
Fueling is up to **** and it's hunting at idle. Running temp seemed higher than normal as well so until i buy baffles(which are available) and a pciii think I'll go back to the cored standard pipes I had on.
Tim

You changed the map then ???

Mr Nob,
I havn't had the bike checked to see if it's on map2 yet ,but it runs well with the cored pipes no stumbling or hesitation from about 3500rpm up so I assume it has already been done.
cheers,
Tim

Whats it like on the over run when you power off, does it fart like **** ? Don't know how easy it is to get it checked where you are, but you could do with finding out for your own piece of mind. Changing one open can for another won't make a real noticable difference to the running. Their never going to be that smooth at low revs though are they mate, its the nature of the beasty :)

We had all sorts of info on here about fuelling and wot not but its dissapeared.

Garage aside Irv min..what make ur those end tinnies?

Mr Nob,
No great popping or crackling on over-run.I will ring around the dealers and see who can check it.I've ordered the baffles so will try the pipes again then.
The only other differenc is the way they offer up to the mid-pipe.The standard ones fit inside AND outside as they slide on,these just slide inside the mid pipe.Copuld be sucking a bit of air there but if so I would expect some popping as a result.
Anway old pipes are on,its 27 degrees and a blue sky so off for a spin !
cheers.

Aha, those Oriental cans. Whats the build quality like. Theres a few folk touting these aboot under different "brands" it wid seem.

Irving.
Please excuse my bad manners by not welcoming you here with my first post to yer thread.

Yer cans look as described above, to feck with whit they think of yer garden and if the fuds ever seen ma workshop they'd huv feckin palpitations.

I wish I had that much space on ma shelves.

Welcome mucker. :thumbup
