Hi guys. This is my second season with my 2001 mille. Is it normal that when started from cold she wont engage into first gear without stalling. Obviously i let her warm up a bit but unless she is warm (about 65 cent) she stalls. The clutch seems fine when riding so any ideas chaps. Cheers

Is the Stand still down?:laugh

Maybe the Clutch is on its way out???

maybe ur idle is to slow?I have a barnett racing clutch and it drags with the clutch in...so the two things together it used to stall sometimes

i would try bleeding the clutch matey had that problem with my falco.

Maybe yours just ants a different starting technique? Mine kept finding false neutrals for example til I changed the gear lever position. I would look at the more simple stuff first. For example I use redex once in a while especially if it's lumpy. I also had the jet done and that definitely made a difference to starring also I generally wait til nearer 70 before going usually 75
Mines a Falco so may be a bit different. Are there any service items that need doing that might effect it?

hi i had the same problem with mine when i first got it. The clutch was draging due to air been in the cluch system blead it up all is well still hard to get neutral until its warm but that just how they are. so i would suggest give it a bleed dave

I don't have trouble with neutral, cold or hot. Have you done the clutch jet mod. It's cheap to do and makes neutral easy to get every time.

Rob :)
