Hi guys, I have recently brought myself an 02 RSV R and love it (wanted one of these for a long time), only thing is it feels like the front tire is flat when cornering, it hasn't let go on me yet but feel it is holding me back a fair bit, I wondered if it was just me so got a mate to ride it without telling him anything and his first comment when he got off was "feels like you got a flat front tire mate", I have tried various pressures with no difference I have been right through the bike making sure nothing is slogged out, everything feels tight, the rubber is like new with no visible ridges or flat spots, a couple of people I have spoken to have suggested new tires but to me I would be surprised if that were the case as these look like new, but on the point of trying it as I cant find anything else.
Only other thing is someone has fitted a Sachs rear shock to it that I am going to swap out for the Ohlins when I can track one down.
Any light anyone can shed on this would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Dave.

Id be thinking suspension is setup wrong so try setting that back to factory settings to start with and see if that makes any difference

You sure the tyres good forum your hand über it to see if the tread has worn oddly

How many rings are showing above the yokes ...4 is favourite
.
Run through all the basics these are good handling bikes so,shouldn't feel odd like that
