RSV Mille 2003 - often wet spark plugs - pin 16?

Hey, guys,
I'm (hard to miss) new here in the forum, but I thought, maybe some veteran is still active. :)
My RSV Mille (2003) runs much too fat*.
*The spark plugs are soaked in gasoline way too fast.
Starting the engine is mostly only possible again after I've dried the spark plugs, started the engine without spark plugs for a short time to release the excess fuel and let it evaporate later.

Last time I had read something about pin 16 somewhere else and see there: The corresponding cable from pin 16 has been cutted by some of the previous owners.

Is there anything official somewhere to read about what pin 16 does? Read about something like Mode 1 and 2 for european standards (less / more gasoline)?

I just wish that my little baby would start more reliable again and not drown the spark plugs in gasoline every time. :( Also its a matter of consumption. ;)🤦‍♂️:ROFLMAO:

Greetings from Germany
Erik

Are you running standard air filter and exhaust?

Yep (standard airfilter + akrapovic exhaust). And indeed it was Pin16. The cable had been cut. I connected it to ground again and Bazinga: Runs fine for city traffic and highways. At the moment I don't plan to be on the race track anyway so everythings fine.
renewed air filter, intake flange (? if its correct english XD) and there you go :)
