Recently picked up an 02 RSV-R. I'm so pleased I have it as I've always wanted one. I was just hoping for some useful advice/tips as to how to get my bike tip top and keep it that way! Any common gremlins or useful maintenance tips would be greatly appreciated! Mine hasn't been run for months and doesn't want to idle unless the cold start lever is slightly on. Seems to run well otherwise. I have attempted to adjust the idle speed with the knob under the right of the fuel tank - which was seized.... so yes I've snapped it trying obviously!!
I have a less seized looking item on its way from EBay.
