2002 rsvr 1000 Mille won't start. I have a new gel battery I bought a month ago put the battery tender over night tried to start the next day and nothing. I don't have a garage so I keep it outside my carport. Before this happened I did not ride for 4 day's because of rain where I live. Has anyone had this problem.
