Hang on. Didn't you used to be Econobiker (or did I miss an official change of screen name anouncement?).
I didnt like econobiker as a screen name so i asked Crashtd very nicely to change it to The Lone Ranger.
A freind had a bit of a dig at me about how often i go ride alone. lol
There was no official change of screen name announcement, please excuse my oversight.

hey amb how many hours you got or have you got your full licence now , nice jet ranger bud . i was learning in the r22 small but good fun :thumbup
Was only a day out in a Heli and a fixed wing mate!
I flew RC Helis for many years and I was always told if you can fly RC you can do the real thing too.
Guess what?
They're right, it's much harder flying RC.
My instructor asked me if I'd flew before, I said no. LOL
You should have seen his face when I took off and entered a hover with no problems, I came clean in the end and told him what I did for a hobby.

yeah i had the same thing happen to me ,my instructor cant fly rc at all , strange eh? ....
i did an auto on my first lesson over blackpool beach lol big kids the lot of us lol:thumbup
