Average age of a Tuono owner?

I'm 49 going on 18.There's nothing more that I love doing, than blowin some young whipper snapper on his sportsbike into the weeds on my Tuono in the twisties.I smirk to myself as I see them watch nervously into their mirrors, as they try to shake me.When you pass em,they give up the fight and try to make out they weren't really going for it.I get faster as I get older, not slower. But a whole heap wiser too.I know where my limit is.Some don't.

Hey CHUX I can relate to everything you said. Maybe we should take a ride together sometime, I'm on the sunny coast.

Am 52 it's only when you get older that you can afford such a beast, also your married that long your other half encourages anything which will promote an early death

52 joints not up to sports bikes (last one was a gsxr1000) but the tuono is comfortable and has the sports bike performance so it's just the jobbie for my age group

just do what ya wanna do while yer still fit able and willing and bugger the consequences .

see my post titled "an absolute *******" .

makes you start to view things in a different light .

i just hope its all just a scare !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuono keeps you young

Since purchasing one of these fine (but temperamental) machines & and frankly loving every ******* minute of the experience, I was just wondering about the general demographic of ownership?
Looking at some of the T forums it seem's that it's the grumpy old *******s choice of steed?
Why is this???

I purchased my Tuono last year at age 68 after riding one at the dealership, although I wanted one for a couple of years. I have other machines (a Yamaha FJR and an Indian Scout) and while I enjoy them all, only the Tuono reminds me how I felt when I was riding forty years ago.
