Hi to all,
bought a 2014 V4R in matt black and im picking it up saturday, cant wait !
ive bought a MRA screen for it and a R&G rad cover, it has R&G crash bobbins fitted and a tail tidy so for now im happy.
Have a few questions though, from what i have been reading on here im worried about the side stand so shall i fork out for a US one and where do i order it from AF1 ?
The flapper valve disconnect or not ? can it cause any harm if disconnected ?

Welcome to the forum.
Just get the bike and have a good play on it, forget mods for a while - flappers etc.
Be careful how you park the bike and it will be fine, many bikes these days have poor stands.
 
Hi and welcome and congrats you have bought an awesome machine!..I have a matt black 2014 and i love it, i have an MRA screen which is great. didn't feel the need for any other mods except for an Austin Racing GP2R end can....obviously!!!

Thanks everyone, got the bike and love it, never had a V4 before so feels very different to my fazer 1000, sounds lush. Of course its been pi..ing down since i got it so not been out on it much. will take some pics and put them on if i can.
