wires

Hi guys I'm replacing the stock regulator on the rsv have looked at the thread at changing but my wires are different colours? Got the 3 yellow which is good then I have 2 red/white and 2 green and 1 black? Any ideas?

Hi, I have a 2009 RSV1000R and I'm told there are a total of four earth wires. I know about the two connecting to the engine just beneath the frame above the footpegs, and my mechanic found a third under the tank on the right-hand side. Does anyone know where the fourth wires is located? Cheers

Right guys, I'm a wee bit confused abut this......I'm in the middle of fitting the new r&r to the factory and have been looking online at other Rsv owners who've done this. Now, each one of these just shows the 3 x yellow wires from the alternator going straight into the new MOSFET...

would it cause a problem if they were accidentley mixed... though im 95% certain they weren't !? :confused

Can anyone help me in regards to the colours of the Tacho cable and speedo pick up cable at the ECU on RSVR2006? The colours I were told aren't right and this was confirmed when they tried to use it as the tacho pulse when setting up the PCIII. Problem is I can't remember which wire they used...
