I have a 2009 Tuono R with Sachs front forks and i want to replace front seals and fork oil. I am having difficulty trying to figure out which weight of oil to use any advice?

Hi, what weight spring is in the showa forks on a gen2? Looking at putting stiffer springs in. Or does anyone recommend what weight spring I would need, Im 14st (90kg) without kit and its for a track bike. Cheers Rich

Hi All, Over the winter I want to go through the bike changing and refreshing fluids as I've no idea the last time they were done. Oil and coolant is easy to find info on, But what weight and quantity of fork oil have people had the best results with? Your input will be much appriciated. Jeff
