washers

Hi everyone, the teflon (PTFE) washers that can, should be fitted to the rear suspension linkage, could someone tell me the dimensions of the washers, outer diameter, inner diameter and thickness and how many are required please?

I'm after for a mate the steering damper stepped washers from an 01 RSVR ohlins steering damper. I think they are part 23 on the following LINK

G'day my Tuono has cheap rusting washers with stainless allen screws used to hold the carbon fibre guards. I replaced them today,cost a massive $2.60. Is this the norm ?, or did the guys at the Aprilia shop keep them for their chook chasers. The only Problems I've had have been poor...
