warming

what are peoples thoughts? do you start the bike and let it warm up before riding off or start her up and ride off but dont rev too hard initially?

Do you start the bike then get your gear in thus allowing the bike to warm up or just start it and ride off? Used to warm up older carbed bikes but is this required on the tuono?
