vibe or oscillation

hi folks , went out for a blat yesterday and noticed a pronounced vibe from the front end if i took my hand off the bars you could see it as a wobble on the bars like a mini mini mini slapper .... not so noticeable at speed [prob coz im clinging on for dear life] but if i shut the throttle on...
