van/camper

i'm after a converted van with a garage to use for trackdays/weekends etc. prefer an iveco or a sprinter. only needs to fit one bike in, must be clean and usable for weekends away with the missus, ie sink,shower,water heater,awning,night heater etc. nothing scabby. not daft money, my budget is...
