trapped

Hi All. Really p'd off today, came to fill up and undid the filler cap only to have a load of water trapped under it run straight in to the tank. Bike was washed down 2 days ago so the water has been there since. Guess I have a drain blocked somewhere, anyone else had this problem and point me...
