I was riding home last night when my service light came on. Does the light come on due to a millage timer or does this mean some machanical failure triggered it? The bike seems to be running just fine so I thought I would check in with you all. Thanks

For those of you wondering how to use their built-in lap timer, I present the following UML state diagram. (I'd be grateful if you'd let me know of any errors...)
IMHO, it's quite easy to use once you're familiar with it!
