Is it worth putting 57mm Throttle bodies on a 02 Mille replacing the 51mm? What's the difference in performance? A little or a lot?

Chaps, just a quick q. On the 51s theres a pipe on each side that slips onto a spigot. These are both on the port nearest the seat at either side. When looking at the 57s the left hand side fits fine where it did before. On the other side there are 2 large spigots that are blocked off with large...

Can the standard 51mm Tbs be bored out to 57mm? If so where can I get them done and how much should it cost? cheers

just curious... 1hr labour !? *warning newb q* i take it TBs is the same as COs... i read somewhere that its good to run them @ 3.5% front & 4% rear... is this correct... as my Haynes say COs should be 0.8-1.3%... or have i misread somewhere !?
