Hi guys, suspension help required!!! Was at Silverstone yesterday with a brand new metzeler k3 on, tyre was ripped to shreds on the right after about 120 miles!!! Was running 26psi hot, anyone got track suspension settings? I'm about 85-90kg with my leathers on, got another track day tomorrow...

I've recently got another red light fault with my Caponord, the Auto Suspension indicator icon started flashing and a red light appeared on the speedo panel. My bike has the fully adjustable ase suspension. The problem comes back each time I ride after a period of 15 to 20 min.
