stops

Hi guys Ive been knocked off bike and one of the stops on the bottom yoke has broken off, the top of the front fork now goes all the way into the tank. Can anyone please tell me if the stop on the yoke can be replaced or do you have to fit a complete bottom yoke? Many thanks Les
