Was out for a ride yesterday .. first one for about 6 weeks or so .
Anyway , i was going up through the gears when suddenly ..... nothing , it was like i'd switched the ignition off , so pulled over and turned the ignition off , then back on and it fired up and away i went ...
Do we have one? I cant find it if there is:dunno
Anyway I heard that removing the airbox intake restrictor helps the bike throughout the entire range. looked easy enough so I did it :thumbup
To be honest and without a Dyno I will never know but it certainly hasn't done any harm.
The part No 27...
hello minions
I'm getting out on my gen 2 about once a week, although I do turn the bike over and let it get upto temp 2 to 3 times a week while its on the stand in the garage.
When I set off into the sunset for a quick blast, I've noticed that engaging 1st gear in and out can feel a bit...
Hi:
Looking for ideas to solve a sticky clutch on a 2002 Capo. It clunks going into first gear and sometimes hard to find neutral. The back wheel spins in gear when on the centre stand with the clutch lever pulled in. I've changed and bled the clutch fluid and adjusted the grub screw on the...
Hi Guy's,
I've been having issue's with my 04 Tuoldo.
1st is when i drop off the throttle the rev's stay on slightly and come down slowly, so i dont get the engine braking im used to and its a pain to try and change gear, as soon as i let the clutch out the bike pulls forward. What i have...

I had 6ks in the car (04 Mondy) and got done for them last week, I'd thought about getting 4300k as it's more of a white light....I know the car might have a diffirent h/light beam/pattern to the one on the bike but I'm still wary
I know in the sticky it's 6k that's used, and I'm tempted but...

Following the winter months I charged up the battery of my 09 Whitie; Started ok And I left it 5 minutes to warm it up.
Blipped the Throttle and rather than returning to Idle it stuck revving at 4k.
What "home maintenance friendly" checks can I do?, Bar end off?
Can I take the...
Been trying to turn my idle up but the adjuster is stuck. The workshop manual us about as much use as a chocolate teapot, can anyone give me any advice before I start taking thing apart to work it out?
Hi guys,
Have been out of the loop for a while and used to run on Dunlop RR's. I understand they are not made now :-( As I live in Spain now and the roads are fab 15 corners per kilometre, I need stickier tyres but also will last a bit too, can anyone advise on the best ones out there please...
Anyone know the best type of solvent to remove gaffer tape gunk off my headlight?
I was at Mallory yesterday on a track day and instead of using insulation tape to mask my headlight, as i normally do, I used gaffer tape. The lens now has white sticky glue deposits all over the glass. :doh
Thanks,
Absolutely useless ..
I have to hunch up and look under my armpits to see behind ..
The glass won't swivel up any more and gives a cracking view of my forearms ...
Anyone overcome this with a mod ?
Riding to work this morning in near zero temperatures I noticed the throttle suddenly getting sticky - I put it down to something (other than my knuckles) freezing. However a post-work ride in warmer (everythings relative, right?) temperatures and the throttle's still sticking - quite handy on...
Some of the down loads HERE are already available but some aren't they might be useful.
Scroll down past all the Falco stuff and you'll get to some good (older model)Mille info.
I've noticed the clutch lever is becoming a little less smoother to operate today :confused, is this normal :confused.. its not too bad but as i had quite a few gear changes today it became a bit of a niggle :dunno:thumbup
