start???

Hello all, I'm new here and I am thinking of a RSV purchase. I am looking at a 2008 RSV 1000R that will not start (it's been lightly crashed). It rolls over fine but will not start. It is missing the gauge cluster, headlights, and upper fairing. What I am wondering is if this bike will run...
