spot or sticky

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has noticed a problem or experience the same as me. When revving it hits a sort of flat spot around 2k rpm. The needle looks as though its sticking but can't see any problems with that. It's a 2005 rsvr factory, map 2 mivv end cans. It hasn't caused any...
