Hi Before connecting the sliders I would like to know 1. Is the yellow color on the screw assign loctite??? 2. How much Nm do the chassis bolts have to bolster the engine?? Thanks

What size are the heads on the frame slider bolts? Anything special I need to get them off? I'll probably need to borrow the tools from a auto parts store. I can't find it anywhere in the manual. Sent from my A0001 using Tapatalk

Thinking of getting some crash protection, even though my insurance supposedly covers track days. Still there is the deductible and the ****** feeling seeing your baby all scraped up. Anyone have any recommendations as to brands and types, or other comments? Thanks.

Hi guys I just got my hands on a Tuono 1000-04, but it is missing the forward frame sliders. Any idea where to get some nice ones to put on?

Home made exhaust sliders which fit akrapovic's, ideal for trackdays, I can vouch for the fact they work as can be seen on the other pic. £25 posted (these ones are not damaged) come with worm drive clips and blue plastic outer.

Can i ask, do sliders really do anything on a tuono?? I can understand that the engine mounted slider protects the frame and engine casings, but i cant see the front fork and rear swing arm slider doing anything, by the time the bike is down, as i experienced on my VMax the steering whips...

Hello, Was looking for some R&G uppers for the Gen 2 Tuono (100 quid :rolleyes) but R&G are a rip off, although there stuff is pleasing to the eye, as I have found out previously spares are expensive too. Found some others in Italy not so expensive but may be difficult to get spares...
